Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer relationships and drive retention and growth.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Support customer onboarding, training, and post-launch activities.
• Identify upselling and expansion opportunities.
• Work with technical teams to resolve customer issues.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Build customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies, and reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development in SaaS.
• E-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and willing to learn.
