Customer Success Manager

Role Overview: The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes, drive product adoption, and maximize long-term retention and growth. You will act as the customers trusted advisor and partner, facilitating value realization and proactive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

How Youll Contribute

• Lead structured onboarding for new customers

• Educate customers on product features and best practices

• Monitor product adoption and improve customer engagement

• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle

• Understand customer goals and create success plans

• Conduct regular business reviews and customer health checks

• Identify churn risks and implement mitigation plans

• Advocate for customer needs internally

• Drive timely contract renewals and customer satisfaction

• Identify relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Partner with Sales to support account growth

• Track customer health metrics and business outcomes

• Prepare reports and insights for internal stakeholders

• Set and meet retention, satisfaction, and growth targets

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities
