Customer Success Manager Delhi Location Remote

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager (Freshers to 1 Years experience) who will be responsible for managing YourDOST B2B Clientele. This role is for someone who is creative but also very organized such that he/she can set up and optimize processes, do extensive follow-ups, and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for engagement of at least 20 accounts (about 35-40 lakhs of annual business)
• Plan and execute all webinars/programs/campaigns (Engagement overall)
• Plan and execute webinars, programs, campaigns, and overall engagement initiatives for assigned accounts.
• Independently manage and execute client launches and onboarding activities.
• Analyze engagement and account data, prepare reports, and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
• Conduct engagement discussions independently without the presence of the Senior Customer Success Manager and participate in reporting discussions when required.
• Contribute to and support key business and operational processes.
• Travel to client locations whenever required.
• Handle customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Drive high retention across the assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and report account-level risks and red flags.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
