Customer Success Manager - Client Management

Grant Thornton Bharat LLP is hiring for Customer Support Manager / Client Success Manager and Assistant Manager USA roles for one of our premium clients.

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM

Both-Side Cab Facility Available

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

- Ability to provide on-the-spot resolutions during client calls

- Strong experience handling customer escalations and stakeholder discussions

- Excellent presence of mind and problem-solving skills

- Ability to quickly identify root causes and coordinate with internal teams for resolution

- Strong client communication, expectation management, and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs

Role Overview:

70% Client Management:

- Manage USA-based client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact

- Build strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction

- Handle escalations, issue resolution, and service excellence initiatives

- Conduct regular client reviews and stakeholder discussions

30% Upselling & Cross-Selling:

- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts

- Drive product adoption and account growth

- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer value

Preferred Background:

- Customer Success / Client Success / Account Management

- USA Client Management Experience

- Escalation Management & Service Delivery

- Stakeholder & Relationship Management

- Aviation, Hospitality, or Food Industry Experience Preferred
