About the role
Were looking for a Customer Success Intern to support how we deliver and manage RevRag AIs In-App and Voice AI Agents for our BFSI customers. You wont own customer accounts directly, youll shadow the team, help manage timelines and deliverables, and help ensure customers have a smooth experience.
Youll work closely with the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team to make sure high-quality agents are delivered, help monitor and improve agent quality, and build the internal SOPs and checklists that make delivery repeatable. Its a hands-on role where youll learn how enterprise BFSI customers adopt AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow the delivery and success process and help manage timelines and deliverables across customer accounts (you wont own accounts directly).
- Work closely with the FDE team to ensure high-quality agents are delivered to customers.
- Monitor agent quality and performance, flag gaps, and help make the agents better.
- Help create and iterate SOPs, checklists, and internal docs to smooth out the client experience.
- Analyze conversations and call data to surface insights, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Support onboarding and customer communication, and help coordinate resolutions with product and engineering.
- Gather and organize customer feedback, and help prepare review and QA materials.
What Were Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer-first attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (spreadsheets, dashboards).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow through on tasks.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, BFSI, and SaaS products.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
