Position Overview

Given our business model, where our customers pay us every month, Customer Success is absolutely vital to our long-term growth. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value from our product. As such, we need talented product consultants to drive product success for our customers. This means ensuring that the customer is trained on the Quikchex product, and helping them with all queries related to the product.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers on various HRMS modules including Attendance, Leave, Payroll
• Performance Management, Payroll and Expenses, which includes consulting them with them to structure their policies
• Train the client during the onboarding phase, as well as re-training existing customers
• Provide ongoing support to the client on all product related issues and queries
• Provide training to the internal Quikchex employee group, especially for new joiners, as well when new product features are released
• Play an active role in producing product training materials for our online helpdesk that are intuitive to the customer
• Monitor product usage levels by the customer to identify potential at-risk customers who might not be utilizing the product effectively
• Play in role in the product development process by communicating client feedback and determining how it can be incorporated into the product
