Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Success Executives for our Tally division. Your core responsibility will be to manage existing customers, ensure they are satisfied, and identify opportunities for renewals and upgrades. Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Handle Tally TSS (Tally Software Services) renewals and support
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements
- Freshers interested in customer relationship roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualification: BBA, B.Com, MBA or related fields
- Professional and customer-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of Tally/accounting software is a plus (training provided)
- Willingness to learn and grow in customer success
Compensation
Stipend: 10,000 per month for 3 months
Post-Internship PPO: CTC 4 LPA
- 2.4 LPA fixed
- 1.6 LPA variable
