Customer Success Engineer(Intern)

About the role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who is passionate about technology and enjoys interacting with customers. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer onboarding, product implementation, technical troubleshooting, and product testing while working closely with the Customer Success and Product teams.This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer SuccessAssist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions.
• Support customers via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Help customers understand product features and best practices.
• Build strong relationships by providing timely support.
• Technical Support:Troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues.
• Reproduce reported bugs and document findings.
• Coordinate with the Product and Engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer queries and resolutions.
• Product Testing & Quality:Test newly developed features before release.
• Execute test cases and report bugs with detailed documentation.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure product quality.
• Suggest usability improvements based on customer feedback.
• Documentation:Create user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Maintain implementation and troubleshooting documentation.
• Document customer feedback and feature requests.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, SQL, or web technologies is a plus.
• Quick learner with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Interest in SaaS products and customer-facing roles.
