Customer Success – BambooBox BambooBox is a SaaS-based software start-up with 4 years of expertise, offering a platform for growth marketers. With its advanced AI and ML-driven platform, BambooBox helps companies deliver untapped marketing intelligence to business teams and increase the marketing contribution to the overall revenue. About the Role At BambooBox, we help B2B marketing and sales teams make smarter, data-driven decisions through actionable insights. As part of our
Customer Success team, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our technology — ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. The ideal candidate has strong people skills and enjoys building meaningful, long-term relationships. You’ll be someone who thrives on understanding business needs, solving problems, and creating win–win outcomes for both clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned B2B clients.

- Support client onboarding and ensure a seamless product adoption experience.

- Understand client goals and collaborate with internal teams to drive measurable outcomes using BambooBox’s marketing insights platform.

- Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, proactively resolving issues when they arise.

- Share client feedback to help shape product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience. -
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Proactive, responsible, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
