Location: Thane | Andheri | Malad (Work From Office)

Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat)

Salary Structure:

Domestic Process:

• HSC Fresher: 14,500 In-hand (Fixed)
• HSC + Experience: 16,000 24,000 In-hand + Incentives

International Process:

• Graduate Freshers: 25,000 30,000 In-hand + Incentives
• HSC + Any Experience: 30,000 - 35,000 In-hand + Incentives
• HSC + International BPO Experience: 35,000 60,000 In-hand + Incentives

Eligibility:

• HSC Fresher / HSC + Experience
• Graduate Freshers (for International)
• Good to Excellent Communication Skills

Shift Details:

• Domestic: Day Shift / Rotational
• International: Rotational / Night Shifts
• 5/6 Days Working

Key Requirements:

• Domestic: Good communication
• International: Excellent English communication
• Documents must be in place
