Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Mumbai (Airoli). The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with expertise in order-to-cash, shipping documentation, SAP, and EXIM.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and shipments.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.


• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.

Job Requirements
