Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer issues in a high-availability 24x7 environment.
• Take ownership of customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose network/system-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for resolution and escalation.
• Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
• Ensure SLA adherence and proactively monitor service performance.
• Maintain awareness of the latest technologies in the networking domain.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ideal candidates: Candidates with exposure to Service Assurance, NOC Operations, Submarine Cable Networks, Cable Landing Station Operations, DWDM, SDH or Technical Support are encouraged to apply.
