Experience: 1–5 Years of Clinical Experience

Qualification: MBBS / BHMS

Age: Up to 36 Years

Shift: General / Rotational Week Offs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical guidance and resolve customer health-related queries
• Review medical reports, prescriptions & diagnostic findings
• Guide customers on treatment options and specialist referrals
• Coordinate with Claims, Customer Support & Medical Underwriting teams
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and confidentiality
• Handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism

Candidate Profile:

MBBS/BHMS Doctors with 1–5 years of clinical experience with strong communication skills and an interest in telemedicine, clinical support or healthcare customer interaction.
