HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ( SALES )

• Need minimum 2+ years of experience in voice process
• Work from office
• Rotational Shifts
• Package Upto: 7 LPA
• Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer interactions through Voice, Chat & Email in a blended process.
• Assist customers with product/service-related queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify customer requirements and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage sales conversations, lead conversion and customer retention.
• Build strong customer relationships while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Accurately update customer interactions, leads and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Achieve defined sales, conversion and customer service targets.
