HIRING FOR VOICE PROCESS - NOIDA SECTOR 142 - IMMEDIATE JOINER (JOINING WILL HAPPEN ON 3rd-4th Nov)

Position: Customer Support Experts

Job Location: Noida Sector 142

Salary: Upto 3.LPA (20k inhand)

Experience - Min 6 month, documented (offer letter, relieving letter, salary slips)

Deduction are there for PF, Gratuity, ESI

Work Schedule:

5 Days a Week

Rotational Shifts & Week-offs

Night Shift: Cab facility available

10 hours shift - 9 hours work + 1 hour break

Shuttle Services

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: graduate /undergrad min 6 month

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or contact centre is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to travel customers with quick and accurate resolutions

Assist with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds

Adhere to process guidelines and maintain high quality standards

Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance goals

Ensure data privacy and compliance during all customer interactions
