Hiring for SKY SUV - Freshers & Experienced

Location : Brookefield, Bangalore

Salary - 22,000 - 27,000/- Per Month

Incentives - Unlimited basis on upselling & performance

Shift - Rotational Shift / Rotational Week Offs

Transport: 2 Way Cab

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions professionally through the assigned process/channel.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and assistance.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns within the defined process guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests and relevant information in the system.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Work effectively with team members and support day-to-day process requirements.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and adherence to company compliance standards.

• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Basic computer knowledge and comfortable working on multiple systems
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Willingness to work from the Brookefield office
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
