Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process – General Insurance team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving insurance-related queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, good listening ability, a customer-oriented approach, and the flexibility to work in international shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls for international clients professionally and efficiently
• Understand customer requirements and help them with best available options
• Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters
• Document customer interactions appropriately

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduates - minimum 6 months of experience in international BPO is mandatory
• Graduate Freshers can apply
• 1+years of experience in insurance domain is an additional benefit
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Work Schedule:

• 5 days working from office (Rotational shifts)
• 2 week offs (Sat/Sun fixed off)
