Job Description -

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for an International Chat Process. The role involves handling inbound customer queries while identifying opportunities to upsell products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound Chats from international customers professionally and efficiently
• Address customer queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell relevant products/services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Work Schedule

• Process Type: Non-Voice (Chat Support)
• Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Working Hours: 9-hour shift (including breaks)
• Week Off: 2 rotational offs per week
• Pick and Drop facility
