Customer Service Representative

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets set by the company for quality standards, productivity, and sales metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in an international voice process or similar industry (BPO/Call Centre).
• Excellent English language proficiency with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
