Customer Service Representative

• Qualification: HSC & above.
• Process: Inbound calls.
• Transportation: Pick up & Drop facility (Night Shifts).
• Timings: 24/7 process, rotational shift, 8-hour shift.
• Weeks off: Rotational weeks off, 6 week off per month.

Environment: Cozy office with a gym, massage chair, table tennis, safety protocol and POSH policy.

Location boundaries: Airoli, Vashi, Panvel and Ulwe.

Requirements:

• Level of English: Advanced or Fluent (both written and oral).
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Desire to learn and help others.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job description:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to facility/service requests (maintenance requests, repairs, scheduling, general queries etc.)
• Build customer trust through open and clear communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information via Calls + Email + Slack.
• Ensure resolution through follow-ups, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Create and manage tickets/work orders in Five9 and Zendesk, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
