About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring Customer Service Executives to handle customer queries through Email and Chat Support. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through email and chat.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and within timelines.
• Provide information related to retail banking products and services.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely responses to customers.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduation mandatory (Any Stream)
• Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
• Communication: Good written and verbal English communication
• CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA, based on interview performance

Working Schedule

• Shift: Rotational day shifts between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Shift Duration: 9 hours including breaks
• Weekly Off: 8 rotational week-offs per month
• Must be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
