Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer queries while identifying opportunities to upsell products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally and efficiently
• Address customer queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell relevant products/services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of sales/upselling
• Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months experience in an International BPO (Sales/Upselling experience mandatory)
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
