Role Overview:

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be handling inbound customer interactions for energy sales campaigns. This position is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their electricity and gas requirements, and providing tailored solutions that align with company offerings. Primary Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
2. Present energy products and services clearly, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
3. Convert customer inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
4. Build rapport and trust to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve performance.

Pre-Requisites:

1. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
2. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build relationships quickly.
3. Persuasive sales techniques and confidence in handling objections.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
6. Prior experience in international BPO sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
7. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance.
