Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Cashier. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and assisting customers with their needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products, prices, and services.
• Process cash, card, and other approved payment transactions accurately.
• Operate the cash register/POS system.
• Issue receipts, invoices, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
• Balance the cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate transaction and customer records.
• Assist with inventory checks and other daily operational activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer service/cashier area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, retail, or a related field is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical and organizational abilities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and customer-focused.
