We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Care Executives to join the growing support team. In this role, you will interact with customers to resolve queries, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service experiences from the comfort of your home.

Position: Customer Care Executive

Location: Remote / Work from Home (WFH)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 6 Days/Week || Rotational 24/7 Shifts (9 hrs./day: 8 productive + 1 hr. break) || 1 Rotational Day Off

Eligibility Criteria & Desired Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi (Mandatory).
• Education: Minimum 10+2 / Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: Open to both Freshers and experienced candidates.
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Call Comfort: Comfortable using a personal mobile phone for call handling (Number masking technology ensures your personal phone number remains 100% private and invisible to customers).

Mandatory System & Technical Requirements

• System: Laptop or Desktop (Intel Core i5 or equivalent and above)
• Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
• Internet: Stable Wi-Fi connection (Minimum 40 Mbps)
• Power: Reliable Power Backup (Inverter/Generator) is mandatory
• Peripherals: USB Headset and Webcam

• Salary For Apprentice candidate - 16700

• Salary for Freshers/Experience - 18800 CTC

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via phone and digital channels in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain high standards of communication and professional etiquette.
• Remain active on camera during working shifts, training sessions, and interviews.
• Successfully complete on-the-job training and pass the post-training certification.
