Customer Service Officer - Implant CSD

- Manage inventory planning and store replenishment for supermarkets and hypermarkets.
- Ensure products are available in stores as per the required assortment.
- Monitor stock levels, Out-of-Stock (OOS), fill rate and inventory.
-  Analyze reasons for excess/low stock and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for ordering and delivery within lead time.
- Prepare and manage replenishment plans based on store demand and sales.
- Support new store launches by planning initial inventory and stock requirements.
- Manage assortment and inventory parameters in the system.
- Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch planning based on store demand.
- Monitor liquidation of slow-moving stock and push inventory based on sales trends.
- Drive process improvements to improve availability and inventory efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and E-commerce Operations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
