Job Title: CRM Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Operations Executive to support and manage daily CRM activities. The ideal candidate should have basic Excel knowledge, Adobe V8 knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle data efficiently while coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update reports accurately
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Handle day-to-day CRM operations
• Generate basic reports using Excel
• Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies
• Manage stakeholder coordination and follow-ups to ensure timely updates and task completion
• Coordinate with internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of CRM tools like Adobe, Clevertap, MoEngage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Good stakeholder management and follow-up skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in CRM operations, data validation, or data management
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe, Clevertap, MoEngage etc

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
