Customer Service Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Interns with good communication and interpersonal skills to support customer engagement and enrollment activities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Make outbound calls to potential customers. 

• Explain services and benefits clearly and professionally. 

• Follow up with interested customers. 

• Assist customers throughout the enrollment process. 

• Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate information. 

• Update customer details and follow-up information accurately. 

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions. 

Requirements 

• Any bachelor’s or master’s degree. 

• Freshers are welcome to apply. 

• Good verbal and written communication skills. 

• Good typing and basic computer skills. 

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls. 

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 

• Practical experience in customer service and customer engagement.
