Customer Service Expert

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality Japanese translations for various IT-related documents, including software manuals, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Conduct research on complex technical terms to ensure accurate translation of technical jargon into Japanese.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver timely results that meet client expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) when handling sensitive information.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in Japanese translation or interpretation services specifically in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in JLPT N2 level Japanese language proficiency test or higher.
• Strong understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette is essential.
