Salary Details

• CTC: 25,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: 19,000 per month

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and address customer queries professionally.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Assist customers with service-related queries and requests.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow defined process guidelines and escalation procedures.
• Handle both voice and non-voice interactions as per business requirements.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (UG/Graduation).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills (B2 level).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Must be comfortable working in a blended process.
• Must be flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Must be comfortable with rotational week-offs.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
