1. Noida Locations

Eligibility: Any Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Location-wise Salary Details:

• Sector 62, Noida: Up to 20,000 CTC per month
• Sector 63, Noida: Up to 25,000 CTC per month
• Sector 127, Noida: Up to 20,000 CTC per month

2. Gurgaon Location

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

• Eligibility: Any Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required

• Salary: Up to 26,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, as per the process requirement.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Working Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Shifts: Rotational shifts
• Weekly Off: Rotational off
