Salary : 27k ctc - 23k in hand + 4k Quarterly Bonus

Rotational shifts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, orders, payments, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Excellent English communication is required.
