Customer Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

1) Order Management: Process orders in ERP systems, manage dispatch planning, and communicate shipment statuses.

 2) Logistics & Compliance: Handle export documentation, trade compliance, and resolve logistical bottlenecks.

3) Financial Administration:Oversee billing, invoice processing, credit/debit notes, and price change requests.

4) Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and tracking complaints via CRM (Salesforce).

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Languages: English (written and verbal) and fluent in Hindi; preferred familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and strong preference for export documentation experience.
