About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of Euronics for our customers, helping them across calls, emails and chats, solving their concerns and making sure every interaction leaves them satisfied. This is an ideal role for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a career in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally across calls, emails and chats.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Record every customer interaction accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved on time.
• Deliver a consistently positive service experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer handling and objection handling ability.
• A solution-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
