Salary : Upto 27k ctc + 4k quarterly bonus

Rotational shifts

Any Ug/Grad/Fresher/Experienced can apply.

Excellent English communication is required.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, requests, and resolutions.
