Job Location

Hyderabad

Domestic Customer Service Process

Salary:15,000 20,000 In-Hand

Qualification:Graduation Mandatory

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Language Requirement: Fluent in Hindi & English

Working Days: 6 Days

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

* Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

* Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers.

* Provide accurate information regarding products/services.

* Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.

* Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

International Customer Service Process

Salary: 3 LPA 4 LPA

Eligibility:Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Language Requirement: Very Fluent English is mandatory

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: As per process requirements

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle international customers through voice/customer support channels.

* Understand customer requirements and provide effective resolutions.

* Communicate confidently and professionally in English.

* Maintain excellent customer service standards.

* Handle customer concerns while following the defined process.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality parameters.
