Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international calls from customers across various countries, including UK and US processes.
• Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in an international BPO or call center environment.
• Proficiency in handling international voice processes (UK/US).
• Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
