Eligibility

• Any Undergraduate or Graduate candidate can apply.
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi, depending on the process.
  
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  
• Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
  

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers through calls, emails, or chat, depending on the process.
  
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
