1. Sales Executive

Salary:

• CTC: 19,000 - 25,000 per month
• In-Hand: 15,000 - 21,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives may be applicable

Eligibility:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience required
• Candidates from Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management can apply
• Strong communication and convincing skills are required

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers and understand their requirements
• Explain products/services and convert leads into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Required Skills:

• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Good customer-handling abilities
• Target-oriented approach

2. Customer Service Executive

Salary:

• CTC: 16,000 - 19,000 per month
• In-Hand: 13,000 15,000 per month

Eligibility:

• Undergraduates / Graduates can apply
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good communication skills are mandatory
• Candidates should be fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls and other support channels
• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
• Resolve customer issues professionally and within the given timelines

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Good listening and customer-handling skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
