We are hiring for Customer Service Executive for Lucknow location!

Profile : Customer Service Executive

Salary : 15k to 21k (Depending upon communication skills)

6 days working

Rotational shifts

Eligibility :

• Any UG/Graduate/Fresher/Experienced can apply.

• Average / Basic English communication is required , not very fluent.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/system.
• Process customer orders, service requests, returns, exchanges, and other related activities as required.
