Job Details:

• Position: Customer Service Executive
• Process: Voice / Blended
• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Shifts: Rotational shifts
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational day

Eligibility:

• UG / Graduates can apply
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
• Good customer handling and communication skills

Salary:

• Freshers: 18,000 CTC
• Experienced: 19,000 CTC
• Additional Quarterly Bonus: 2,000

Work From Home Requirements:

• Laptop is mandatory
• Intel Core i5 or i7 processor
• Good and stable Wi-Fi / Internet connection
• Headset with microphone
• Suitable and quiet workspace
