Profile : Customer Service Executive

Chat Process

Salary : 15k to 16.5k in hand

5.5 days working

Night shifts

Domestic Process

No CAB.

NOTE : If you are comfortable with all the criteria , then apply.

Any UG/Grad/Fresher/Experienced who can speak English well can apply.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, payments, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
