Salary slab would be as follows :

Noida - Up to 25k ctc

Hyderabad - up to 33K CTC (only Hind + English )

Kolkata - Up to 20 K Ctc

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team in Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Immediate joiners are preferred/required for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, or other assigned communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
• Provide information regarding products, services, orders, accounts, or processes.
  

Key Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including rotational shifts, if required.
