Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: 16,000 21,000 CTC/month
In-Hand: 13,000 16,000/month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Requirements

• Candidate must be fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
  

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers professionally through calls/chat.
• Maintain a positive customer experience.
• Follow company processes and service standards.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 16,000 to 21,000 per month
• In-Hand: 13,000 to 16,000 per month
