Position: Customer Support / Voice Process

Location: Bangalore ( Kudlugate / Shivaji Nagar )

Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Hindi and English are mandatory
• Good verbal communication skills required
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts

Salary:

• Freshers: 2.64 LPA
• Experienced: 3 LPA

Working Details:

• 6 days working
• 1 rotational weekly off
• Rotational shifts
• Full-time opportunity

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Communicate with customers in Hindi and English.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach during customer interactions.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.
• Maintain good customer satisfaction and service quality.
