Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and concerns.
• Manage customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure seamless ground handling of customers' requests and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO or related field (customer service, hospitality).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
• Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with international clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
