Salary Details

Noida

• Sector 62: Up to 30,000 CTC
• Sector 63: Up to 25,000 CTC
• Sector 127: 19,000 CTC for Freshers | 21,000 CTC for Experienced

Gurgaon

• Up to 25,000 CTC

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in English
• Customer-focused attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries, requirements, and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues within the defined timelines.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, processes, and policies.
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style while interacting with customers.
