Languages: Fluent in Hindi & English
Working: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts are preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered based on the process requirements.
