Customer Service Executive

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Assist clients with Demat & Trading Account opening and activation.

• Guide customers through KYC documentation and account opening processes.

• Promote and support Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Equity, F&O, Commodity, Currency, MTF, Insurance, Loans, Bonds,

and other financial products available through Angel One.

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital channels, and walk-in customers.

• Conduct client follow-ups and convert inquiries into active customers.

• Educate clients on digital platforms, mobile app features, and online account services.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Maintain CRM records, daily reports, and customer documentation.

• Cross-sell suitable financial products based on customer requirements.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management.

• Achieve monthly business and service targets.
