Rotational shifts , one side cab

Eligibility :

Any UG/Graduate/Fresher/Experienced can apply.

English is mandatory for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly resolved.
